SupremeTop100 acts solely as a neutral host and intermediary for content submitted by users. We do not own, operate, control, sponsor, or publish the servers that appear in listings, and we do not endorse or verify any listing. All listings are created and maintained by the users who submit them. We are not a party to any transaction or relationship between you and a server operator, and any rankings, badges, or featured placements are not a recommendation or a statement that a server is legitimate, lawful, or safe. 4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

5. Server Listings

Server owners who list their servers are solely responsible for their listings and agree to:

Provide accurate server information
Hold all rights necessary to submit the listing and its content
Not use fake votes or vote manipulation
Not list servers promoting illegal activities
Maintain an active and functioning server
Respond to user complaints in a timely manner

6. Acceptable Use

8. No Obligation to Monitor; Reporting and Removal

We do not pre-screen or actively monitor user content and are under no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to review, edit, remove, or disable any content or listing for any reason, including content we believe is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. If you believe a listing is problematic, please report it through our contact form, or, for copyright matters, follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy. When content is reported and found to be problematic, we can and will remove it.

9. Third-Party Servers and Links

The Service contains links to third-party servers and websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, availability, security, or data practices of any third-party server, and any dealings you have with a server operator, including payments or donations, are solely between you and that operator. You access third-party servers at your own risk.

10. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions are:

Non-refundable unless required by law
Valid for the purchased duration only
Subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled
Priced as displayed at time of purchase

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without notice. Users may close their accounts at any time through their account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupremeTop100 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or any listing, including any loss resulting from your interaction with a third-party server. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Service is to stop using it.
