DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Our Role

SupremeTop100 is a platform that hosts listings submitted by third-party users. We do not create or control the content of those listings. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe that content on SupremeTop100 infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the listing URL) for us to locate it;
  • Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Designated Agent

Copyright notices may be submitted through our contact form with the subject "DMCA / Copyright Notice". Please do not send unrelated requests to this channel.

4. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing listing and will make a reasonable effort to notify the user who submitted it. We may remove or disable content at our sole discretion. Because we are a hosting platform, removing a listing is straightforward: if content is reported and found to be problematic, we can take it down.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

7. Misrepresentation

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
