Last updated: August 04, 2026

1. Purpose

SupremeTop100 is a platform that lets users submit and vote on listings for private game servers. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when submitting content or otherwise using the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy.

2. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any listing, text, image, link, or other content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We do not pre-screen content and do not adopt or endorse it.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not submit, link to, or promote content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Contains malware, viruses, phishing, scams, or other malicious or fraudulent material;
  • Is sexually explicit, depicts or exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene;
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or incites violence;
  • Misrepresents the nature, ownership, or legality of a server;
  • Discloses another person's private or personal information without consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Manipulate votes or rankings, including through bots, scripts, or multiple accounts;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or defraud other users.

5. Reporting and Removal

If you see content that violates this policy, please report it through our contact form. For copyright complaints, use our DMCA / Copyright Policy. As a hosting platform, we rely on reports to identify problematic content. When a listing is reported and found to violate this policy or the law, we will remove or disable it.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, remove, or disable any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not liable for any removal of, or failure to remove, content.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
